Care Solutions
Three Ways We Can
Support Your Family
From a few hours of housekeeping each week to a full live-in care arrangement, each solution is designed around how much support your loved one actually needs.
Back to HomeHow We Approach Each Placement
Every Novasen arrangement begins with a proper intake conversation — not a form. We spend time understanding the senior's daily routines, physical requirements, personality, and the family's preferred level of involvement. From there, we select a caregiver whose experience, temperament, and approach is suited to that specific individual — not whoever happens to be available.
Once care is underway, we stay involved. Families have a named liaison who handles communication, and residential placements include structured quarterly reviews. If circumstances change — the senior's health, the family's capacity, or simply what is and isn't working — care arrangements adjust accordingly.
