Yes. All caregivers undergo background verification before placement. They also complete structured orientation and practical training covering personal care, fall prevention, and communication with both seniors and families. Ongoing check-ins support continuous development.

They can. Care needs tend to shift — sometimes gradually, sometimes more quickly. We build flexibility into every arrangement so that visits can become more frequent, or a lighter service can expand into full residential care, as needs develop.

A designated backup caregiver is assigned for each residential placement and covers scheduled rest days. This ensures your loved one is never without familiar support, even when the primary caregiver is unavailable.

For residential placements, families receive regular updates and participate in quarterly care reviews where the plan can be adjusted. For shorter visit-based services, we encourage open communication and welcome questions at any time.
